I have two different sets of parents, can i have two separate tree's?

I was adopted, and have two families. I have an account with my adopted family tree, would i have to create a different e-mail, and user name for my biological family tree?

Not at all! Everything can be done from one account. Check out the Help article on multiple parents: http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Multiple_Parents In short, you create profiles for all four parents, and link two of them in the "Mother" and "Father" section, and then link the other two in your biography.
