Locked profile and no activity from PM, no verification for email....

I just found this profile with several rejected matches, all people who lived over 200 years ago. It is locked, the PM has not been active since 2011 and does not have a signed honor code, verified email, or much o anything else. Can this be unlocked with the unresponsive profile manager form?

Lisa, if she's been dead more than 100 years or if she was born more than 150 years ago, then the answer is easier than unresponsive profile manager request, although that would probably work, too, and that would cover all his profiles.  You can put in an open profile request for such cases and it will be done pretty close to immediately - just make sure you include the birth or death qualifying info - with source, of course.

Thanks Gaile. I realize I didn't phrase that correctly. There is nothing but a name on the profile and several rejected matches. That's it! No way to document anything except by looking at the rejected matches. Frankly, I don't even know how anyone would suggest a merge without more info.
Lisa, your point is very well taken about how strange it would have been for anyone to propose the merges with no information, but those rejected matches may not ever have been proposed merges.  They simply could have been potential matches that came up when those profiles were being created and the person adding them clicked the box to reject them as matches.

Maybe the best solution is to write to info @ wikitree.com (without the spaces) and ask them to see if there is a birth or death date in that profile that would be sufficient to open it.  If you use the unresponsive manager process, it will result in deletion of all private profiles managed by that person.  If any of them are old enough to require opening then it would be a shame to lose whatever content may be in them.
Perfect thank you Gaile!
This person has only one profile that is open...I have a feeling they started adding their family and walked away.   Their entire watchlist is private profiles.   Asking the team for help is the best solution.
