Who watches the changes done on Project managed profiles?

Regularly I see changes made to Project Managed (not necessarily PPP) profiles.   Even when they are my ancestors, I leave it to the Project to assure that the changes are correct.   With the US Presidents project, we follow the Family Activity Feed daily and validate all changes made.    Is there a standard for "checking" changes made to other Project Managed Profiles?

I don't think there is a standard. The Project account gets all the notices. Each managed profiles team tends to do things differently but I know that the Canada Manages Project team monitors changes but anyone can make them. if they are important and subject to bad changes, then they get PPP.

The Holocaust project is probably unique among projects here.  We don't pay attention to changes made to project managed profiles, other than to thank the members who take the trouble to improve them - we greatly appreciate all efforts to honor the profiles that fall within the project.  Also, we don't have any PPP profiles - they're too new to have the problems that lead to needing that protection - otherwise we might need to be more proactively involved.  The only reason for profiles to be project managed is that we don't want to see any Holocaust profiles that are orphaned, so we'll adopt these and request that anyone who plans to orphan a project profile first add the project as manager.  We are also thrilled if someone requests addition to trusted list for a project managed profile and try to encourage the person to become its manager.

PGM monitors its project feed daily. NA weekly.  We have project volunteers who also follow comments posted to project- managed profiles and g2g threads.

The Louisiana Families project leadership team monitors the project's Activity Feed every day, verifying major changes and thanking contributors when appropriate.

Mayflower and Connecticut get checked twice a week, when I check my own feed.
