It usually doesn't take longer than a day, if you're referring to being confirmed as a volunteer.  I noticed that a fellow greeter had commented on your page.  Were you here just to research or are you wanting to contribute to the site?  Either is perfectly fine, but if you're wanting to contribute and agree with our mission and honor code, just leave a comment and we'll get you confirmed.
