finding Hoffmans in new York city with Puerto Rican Ancestry

Hello,

I'd like to find a genealogist that could help me filter out a Hoffman family that would have Puerto Rican heritage,and lived in the new York area in the 1950's, this is on my Biological father's side of the family.

 Bio-father, a HOFFMAN, born between, 1920/1936  either had  a mother or grandmother who was born in P.R. possibly G.G. mother.

 I only have a general knowlelge of maiden names that would be linked to Bio-father's maternal family, such as,  Arroyo-Matos-Otero-Miranda-Gonzalvez-Rivera-Morales-Vàzquez,possibly more..Areas in P.R. Ciales / Manati-Vega Alta / Vega Baja.Geograpical areas in N.Y.City, Washington Heights- Bronx.
