Advice before editing this pre-1700 Richard profile?

Question

I was looking at this profile as a model for a good profile, after finding the profile improvment page today.

And I made a change to the very last entry to "pretty it up".
When the message popped up to ask a question before making a change I was not sure if it was allowable for me to make a change on a pre-1700 profile.  Maybe I am supposed to be part of a project to make changes?

I guess maybe I made a "newbie" mistake.  I was working with my profiles yesterday improve the formatting.  So I was just was drawn to "fix" it.  Was I wrong to do so?

the change I made was so there was as source to go along with the number.  I also brought the link up so that is a space after the entry.

We would ask that any volunteers such as yourself, contact the project if you want to make significant changes to the profile such as changing a date or surname, or, changing, adding or removing parents, children or spouses. Or, if you just want to say hi-we're a friendly bunch.

No newbie mistake at all--with over 5,000 profiles to monitor, we welcome the help.
