Regarding finding my family tree history info

Question

Hi all,

        I’m needing help to track down my family history on both my Mum and Dad’s sides of the families.

My Mum’s side is Wooster, Cassidy, Crombie from around the Stanhope ? & Kerang in Victoria Australia

my Dad’s side is Whitfield and Martin from around the Rushworth in Victoria

 please this is very important and urgent that I get this info if anyone is able to help me at all Please

Hi Lorraine, I have been researching my MARTIN side and although I don't see a connection to my line I have come across some info that may be your line. I have an article from The Argus 10 Feb 1922 page 11 WOMAN SEVERLEY BURNED. An Elizabeth MARTIN from Rushworth was burned , her two daughters helping to put the flames out. She was taken to Mooroopna Hospital but by death records looks like she died there : 1922/2632  age 36 parents Charlotte Julia SMITH and father listed as William Allan MARTIN. Listed as born Bendigo.

I also have a Eliz J MARTIN b 1902/13506 Rushworth to Harry MARTIN and Eliz ALLAN (married 1901/5550) so I am suspecting that this is her mother Elizabeth MARTIN who died.

               So yes Elizabeth Jane Martin is my grandmother and yes sadly she passed away from her injuries she received and yes they are her parents. If you have anymore information regarding any other family the info would help me heaps please. Thank you Lorraine

Married a James Hampton but sorry don’t know date of marriage but it was in Tatura Victoria and after 22 years of marriage they split up and that’s when she meet my dad.

Mum has 12 children and she lived around Girgarre, Stanhope, Rushworth, Tatura, Bendigo and Kyabram all in Victoria and never worked just a stay at home Mum

Leslie James Whitfield

11/07/1946 I think

Rushworth victoria

Never married to my mum

Worked for the state rivers around rushworth and also the railway too I think

He has lived in rushworth, girgarre, Stanhope and Shepparton and his mum’s name was Elizabeth Jane Martin from rushworth.

as Eric James Hampton..also referrred too as "Jimmy"
