Huh?!?
I think it might be saying some people were reported missing incorrectly, when the reality was that they had died.  Please note all my disclaimers about "think" and "might".

This profile seems to mixed with a female named Georgia
Streeter who attended school in Oklahoma.  The mother's name and the birth date match her.

Yes, I just now made a couple corrections to the profile (although I've never seen it before and am not related, but it appears to obviously be for Georgia).

We have concluded that George is actually Georgia and given her a couple of references.  A George A. Streeter seems to have the same birth and death year with a military pension report.  These two people may have been conflated.
More searching is needed.  I entered what was available on Family Search/roots search.

The record you linked was for a Civil War veteran named George O. Streeter.  I don't see how he could be confused with a woman who is listed on the 1910 census living with her parents at age 2.
Look at the top half of the page.  That one is for George A. Streeter.  He was a private in Troop K. 1st. U. S. Cavalry from
June 17, 1920 to May 4, 1921.  $20 was paid to Edgar Caddis on Mar. 19, 1921.  I'm just wondering if that person is
the one buried in a military cemetery.
I'm sorry.  I don't know what you mean.  Which page?  What about it in particular?

I'm always willing to admit it when I'm wrong but I just don't see it.  Not sure why I ever got involved in the first place, except that someone marked the profile as Unsourced when it seemed to me it was just as easy to add a source, so I did, and I thought it was consistent with all the information on the profile.

It would be nice if carla came forward and explained what she meant.

Edit:  I see you were updating your post as I was responding. Give me another minute.
The grave stone photo shows a name of Georgia, so I don't think the FAG contributor confused the two people.
I'm in the same boat as to interest in this profile.  The research notes gives the link.  I'm just wondering if that was the source of some one thinking this woman and a different man are being mixed together in the sources.  I can't see where there is any thing wrong that either of us have contributed.
I'm going to leave it at that.  The profile is an orphan and the parents are also orphans.  The creator is an active WikiTree member, so who knows what she intended, but I have many things to do that I am much more competent to deal with (I hope!) so will let it go.
Me Too.
