Can Someone Translate this Marriage Record?

+1 vote
I believe this may be the marriage record for my g-g-grandparents who were listed on my g-grandfather's birth record only as Matthias (Matij) Gasparovic and Marija. Could someone help by translating this record?

This is in Latin ... I get only part of it ... groom is a widower, bride is a widow, and I believe it has her prior husband’s name (not her father’s name). There seems to be a dispensation, but I cannot tell for what. Some of the words I do not know seem to be beyond google translation’s ability.

This is not much help, but perhaps a kernel of useful information.

I believe the gist of it is:

9th day of March, 1844. With dispensation from three announcements and for marrying during Lent, Georgius Stipaniczky(?) local curate officiated at the marriage of Mathias Gasparovich, widower, with Maria Philippi widow of Jacob Svast, parishioner of Drivenice. Witnesses were Stephanus Kosúch and Joannes Vidovich.
