My first notable descendant from Cieplice!

I've been bringing down one descendant of emigrants from Cieplice, where I have been working on a One Place Study.  For the first time I have found a notable and politician who was a U.S. Senator for Pennsylvania from 1953-1964. Notables Volunteers, please work your magic on his profile. Thanks!

He appears to be an interesting sort of Notable. Mixed bag in that he had some solid political offices in his career, ran a very successful and profitable business, but got his hand slapped when they brought him up on charges (that were later dismissed). Likely he had some political clout to burn and was able to make them go away, which used to happen fairly frequently (and sometimes still does).

I'll add him to my list of those to revisit and we'll see if we can't get him some improvements.

I have another person!  https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Darbes-1

His obituary lists quite a bit of accomplishments and contributions during his lifetime. :)
