vol 4 nbr 1 - June 1971
I can see this much from the Google snippet, it would be interesting to see the whole family:

"1123-7 Douglas Parker: Hepzibeth Douglas dau of Joseph Douglas, prob of Pepperell Mass m/2 Dec 12 1752 at Pepperell Solomon Parker of Groton. Need info re anc of Hepzibeth."
WikiTree profile: Hepzibah Parker

Connecticut Nutmegger is available on americanancestors.com. The text you quote appears to one of the requests for genealogical help that were listed at the end of each issue, not part of an article. Curiously, I couldn't find this particularly entry. Do you have a page number?

Page 283.  Found by googling for Solomon Parker Pepperell (no quotes)
OK. Found it. It is an inquiry for genealogical help (one of hundreds). The entry before it asks for help regarding the parents of Sally Leathers of Rochester NH, and the one after it asks for help regarding the parents of Hannah ______, wife of Asa Parker of Lyman, NH. There is nothing else on that page regarding Hepzibah Douglas or Douglas Parker.
Thank you, I saw the Asa Parker in there (their son) and thought there might be more.
