My suggestion would be to have at least a one sentence description on the spreadsheet about how the VC was won.
I clicked on the second person on the list, Alexander Henry Buckley VC (1891 - 1918) and was surprised to see no details at all on his profile of how he won the VC.
All VC recipients are listed, with details, in the London Gazette, where there is a full index of VC recipients.
Alexander Henry Buckley's details is listed as being in: Issue 31067, 13/12/1918
If you go to that issue, you'll find his details on page 14778.
He charged a machine gun with one other person, and took 22 prisoners, then he charged a second machine gun on his own but was killed.
So my suggestion for his profile would be to copy all the details from the Gazette, and reference it (a long job for someone)
My suggestion for the VC page would be to add a single sentence to his spreadsheet entry (a bit shorter job for someone) such as the following: "Successfully attacked an enemy machine gun and took gunners prisoner, but was killed attacking a second machine gun."
