Comments: Although I have the receipt for my delayed BC which states I was born Vicky Lee Duckett, December 29, 1956, that is all that I have found. I suspect my mothers surname, maiden name was Duckett but unsure of that. I do know that she did not know the whereabouts of my father and did not mention his name or hers on the adoption papers. I was told that many girls came to AZ to have their babies and returned to their home states. I'd just like to know something about my biological background.
