I have 3 half siblings - I am adopted. How do I  post their details without it looking like we have both parents in common whereas we only share a mother?

=Hi.  You would either mark the father as an adopted parent or add your biological father.

Then, make a subheading == Family Notes === and describe the family dynamics.

Hope this helps!

If I understand, mother had a child with y and mother had children with z.  You can add all children to mother and then remove the incorrect father from an individual child through the edit page for the child.  I'm not sure how WikiTree does adoptions but you can certainly put an explanation in the bio about adoption, if you chose.

If you add the mother to the child, scroll to the bottom without selecting the GO.  You find a checkbox that is defaulted to say the father is her husband.  If that box is unchecked, the father will not be added to the child's profile, so it won't have to be removed

Sibling connections aren't stored, they're calculated from parent connections.  Anybody you share one parent with shows as a half-sib, anybody you share both parents with shows as a full sib.  You can't change that.

So just get the right one or two parents on each profile, and the siblings look after themselves.
