Looking over the profile for Lucinda, the narrative reports her name as "Lucinda Elizabeth /O'Bannon/," citing three sources. Graphic follows.

The sources cited are:

[1] ↑ Source: #S70 [Title: OneWorldTree Repository: #R1 NOTESource Medium: Ancestry.com CONT] Data: Text: Ancestry.com. One World Tree (sm) [database online]. Provo, UT: MyFamily.com, Inc.

[2]* Source: #S101 [Author: Ancestry.com Title: Public Member Trees Publication: Name: The Generations Network, Inc.; Location: Provo, UT, USA; Date: 2006; Repository: ...] Page: Database online. Data: Text: Record for Lucinda Elizabeth Obannon

[3]* Source: #S101 [Author: Ancestry.com Title: Public Member Trees Publication: Name: The Generations Network, Inc.; Location: Provo, UT, USA; Date: 2006; Repository: ...] Page: Database online. Data: Text: Record for Lucinda Elizabeth Obannon

All three of the sources cited are user authored materials (family trees) without any further reference. In other words, none of these provide us a historical reference/record for the name in use.

It is possible one or more of the trees cited an underlying historical record (a "source of the source"). Sadly, so many auto-generated references don't include those details. In this case, it could be difficult to even track down which tree and/or entry was actually being referenced, as the identifiers don't provide us with the tree compilers' name and/or title/name of the compiled tree.

While I did not identify a source that provided more than a middle initial for Lucinda, did find a historical records that may suggest a conflict about her husband and his two middle names. WikiTree reports Lucinda's husband as "James Franklin Calhorn Paullus" who died 28 June 1926 at Coldwater, Wayne, Missouri.

(a) Missouri death certificate has "James C. Paullus" deceased 28 June 1928 at Colwater. Informant was Mary. E. Paullus of Coldwater. This certificate can be accessed via the Missouri Secetary of State's portal/search engine, Missouri Digial Heritage, "Missouri Death Certificates."

(b) The name as "James C. Paullus" is also found in the FamilySearch historical collection, "United States Veterans Administration Pension Payment Cards, 1907-1933." Digial image of the card reports this James C. Paullus died 28 Jun 1926. Link follows.

"United States Veterans Administration Pension Payment Cards, 1907-1933", index and images, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/QJDQ-Q9CG : accessed 31 Jul 2014), James C Paullus, 1907-1933.

Hope this helps.--GeneJ

*Whether these were two different Public Member Trees or not isn't clear from the references provided.
