If the person in my file may or may not match due to not enough info, what do I do?

Hi Mary,  I presume you are asking about a possible match with another profile.  You can set the profiles as Unmerged Matches and leave a message for the Profile Manager to collaborate with you on figuring out if they truly are a match.  If so, you can remove the Unmerged Match and then Merge them.  If, not, set them as Rejected Matches.  You can find this feature at the bottom of the profile.

Ah...after re-reading you are asking about your GEDCOM import.  I believe you may have an option to set them for something other than a merge, I have not worked with the GEDCOM import lately.  You could let them come in seperately and then do a search for duplicates and follow the directions I gave earlier.
