Why was Anne Hervey not the daughter of Bridget Wiltshire?

Been working on the profile of Bridget Wiltshire mostly trying to sort out her children. Visitation says Anne, wife of George Carew, was Bridget's daughter but there's an unsourced note on the profile that says Bridget wasn't her mother.

Just found an article that puts Elizabeth Fitzwilliam as her Mother (The first wife of Nicholas) just trying to find the sources for the article , if any
That puts the cat among the pigeons. Thought I'd nearly finished. Also creates issues about Bridget's parents. I'll work it into the profiles. Thanks.
Sorry about that hadn't noticed Bridget's Parents! Burke's  are usually pretty good, and it does say official website :/ My apologies

Actually Burke's are really unreliable and I would never use them for pre-1500 and only for pre-1700 if I can confirm it elsewhere.  The Britannica online entry for Burke's Peerage sets out some of the issues.

The History and topography of the county of Essex, vol 2, p. 436 states that there is/was a memorial inscription to Anne stating she died on 27 Aug 1605 aged 76, which would place her birth in about 1529, and presumably the daughter of Bridget.

Decided last night to look for a will of Nicholas's Brother-in-law. Didn't find though one supposedly exists I did find one for a nephew, posibly which did mention Thomas Hervey.  sorry I was tired then fell asleep maybe try looking at the Fitzwilliam tree etc
Thanks both. John that memorial is really handy. Still think it's important to mention Burke in the profile as others will find it.

On Nicholas's Profile it suggests (incorrectly) that Bridget would have been too old. Unless Bridget's date of birth is incorrect she could well of given birth to Anne - not sure if that's why the note is there though

she had been entered with a dob 1544, I think. Nicholas had been dead 10 years by then so I changed it to before 1533.
That makes sense then, I checked my math three times, and couldn't work out why they would think that
