Jerry, I looked at the profile you linked and see what everyone else does - that there is no profile manager because, as Eva said, the person who created the profile is no longer a member.  Since the person is living, no information is available for him/her, but the page that says so is HERE, and that has a link to Timothy Broyles, the member who manages the profile of the no-longer member.  Timothy is an active member and you can see his profile HERE.  His profile also has THIS LINK where you can write to him.

There is a private child born in the 1950s mentioned on the profile. I assume that is him (if he is still alive). Living persons are not openly shown because of GDPR.

Jerry, it appears that the person who created this profile may no longer be a WikiTree Member. Look at the Changes tab. Living people can’t be listed publicly unless they are members of WikiTree themselves.
