At first glance it appears that John Wallace-14673 and Wallace-3363 are the same person. However, the listed Son, John, under John Wallace-14673 is a different person than the "John" under Wallace-3363.

Yes, I am trying to establish which Wikitree profile is correct. Did that John Hugh Wallace have a son John who immigrated to America as claimed by Wallace-14669? If so, why would he have 2 sons named John? One that died at 14yo and one that lived to 76.
Greetings again:

The John Hugh Wallace I mentioned did have a son named John. He was born in Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland in 1607 and died July 3, 1685 in Manokin, Somerset, Province of Maryland. I haven't found info yet to prove his immigration, but am still searching.  This John married Margaret Thompson on Feb 28, 1628. I hope this helps!

D Wallace
I've removed his parents for now. The family connection doesn't make any sense without documentation and in light of the documentation that we do have.
