Searching for Thomas Ryan DOB Abt 1841 Ireland who married Jane Flood DOB Abt 1843 Ireland

Question

I know this is a long shot, but any info would be much appreciated!  I found my great great great grandparents on the 1871 census in Liverpool saying they were born in Ireland.  They also had two children in Ireland Mary Theresa DOB About 1862 and Ann Ryan DOB About 1864.
