Thanks to all for the kind words. I was lucky to be in the right place at the right time.  I have a couple hundred pictures ready to go and I keep them in a folder called to be loaded. When I load them, I move the picture to the completed file so I can keep track. I will load up the rest during the rest of the month.

I also want to thank Rhonda Zimmerman, Carole Taylor, and Carolyn Martin for their help in getting profiles added with bios before this section. They are part of the Bear Canon Cemetery working within the Cemeteries Project for Colorado. But we still have a lot of work to do.

Congratulations Gurney! That is an amazing achievement. It is not easy to tromp around cemeteries, take a photos, keep track of which photo is for what person (especially older ones) and get them on the correct profile. I admire your organizational abilities and your perseverance. How did you know I have lots of cemetery photos and have no idea where they belong?

Gurney,

That takes an incredible amount of work and dedication to accomplish 72 gravestone images in one week. And then to add the monument inscriptions also.

I have gone into cemeteries and taken pictures, but I don't think I could accomplish what you did

Congratulations Gurney.  You did an outstanding job.
