What is the proper way to source Billiongraves?

I was wondering how we source Billiongraves. I use the template for FindAGrave all the time but occasionally I come across someone On Billiongraves that isn’t on FAG.

Thanks In Advance

Similar to FAG, BillionGraves has a small source citation output towards the bottom of the page (if you can stomach scrolling through the ads to find it).

For example:

BillionGraves.com. Grave record for John S. Durham (8 Jun 1843 - 12 Jan 1918), BillionGraves Record 530346 Leavenworth, Leavenworth, Kansas, United States.

Also similar to Findagrave.com, the link for the memorial within the citation doesn't copy for some users (such as myself). That is the reason I add the Findagrave.com template to any citation I copy from that site.

For a BillionGraves.com citation, I would just copy the memorial's URL and add it to the citation.

I always add the link or template at the end of the citation; other WikiTreers add the link/template to the memorial number within the citation.

And remember, a template is not a complete citation!

Check out how I did it for one of my cousins. Currently it's the last source listed on the profile below. I tried to follow Evidence Explained.

Keep in mind that BillionGraves and Find a Grave are repositories, not sources. The actual gravestone is the source.

Good point, which is why I'm proud to say that nearly every citation I have used for these repositories features a photograph of a grave that I personally captured. (And even where not, it's important to cite the photographer, which my citations always do.)
