Desperately seeking Anna

Question

I have been searching for several years for a woman named Anna Darrah, born circa 1845 in Monroe, Michigan. Parents were Lewis and Wilhelmina Darrah. He was a grocer and later Justice of the Peace. There was also a younger brother named Edgar.

Anna was a schoolmate of Elizabeth (Libble) Bacon Custer and spent considerable time in the west with Libbie and her husband Gen. George Armstrong Custer. She was also romatically linked to one of Custer's officers, Lt. William W. Cooke who I have been reseaching for several years.

Anna is listed on the US Census for Monroe in 1850, 1860 and 1870 and then simply vanishs. None of the online geneology sites I have been searched contain a marriage or death record for her.

Anna is my 3X great-grandmother.  I am just finding out things about her and my 3X great-grandfather, Lewis W. Darrah.  Anna immigrated at age 3 from Ireland.  I thought that Lewis and Anna stayed in Pennsylvania, apparently they lived in Ohio, as well.

Their daughter Mary E. Spencer (nee Darrah) 1854-1925 was, of course, my 2X great-grandmother.  She married, George Franklin Spencer 1848-1940.  Their daughter, Elizabeth Rich "Lizzie" Wiley (nee Spencer) 1872-1911 was my great-grandmother.  She married William W. Wiley 1869-1925.

Do you have any other info on Anna?  I would love to know.
