Peerjaps you could ask direct to Esme van der Westhuizen or Phillip van der Walt.  There are quite a few Netherland genealogy sites and they could be listed here under genealogy help or somewhere in Wikkitree. I found relatives at the Amsterdam Archives while I visited there before there was much doing on the internet. so there is possibly a Rotterdam Archives.
