I can find her name listed in several records, but no birth  or death record -  Siblings or Parents Unknown.

What's the source for the very specific birth date? Census records vary from 1840 to 1841 as estimated birth year with either Virginia or West Virginia as the place of birth. What leads you to Putnam County for place of birth? Is it possible she was born in what had been the part of Kanawha County that became part of Putnam County? I notice the marriage takes place at Kanawha. Is that to mean Kanawha County or the town of Kanawha? I can't tell from the marriage index.
