If these Bailey family members are still alive, then their profiles will be hidden from public view as you can't view living people on here, unless they are also Wikitree members and have consented to their profiles being public.
If the Baileys are related to you, why not fill in your own tree here on Wikitree? Sooner or later, you will connect with other distant relatives and they (or their descendants) may be able to tell you more about the Baileys and what they are doing now.
