One Name Studies Project: Sticker News!

Further to repeated requests for a sticker that your Study members can put on their own profiles, here it is! It will look like this:

and here is the code:
{{Member|ONS|name=xxx}}
where xxx is the name of your Study; for example
{{Member|ONS|name=Haywood}}
{{Member|ONS|name=Stumbles}}
{{Member|ONS|name=Stanton}}

This sticker is not for profiles of deceased persons included in your Name Study; it is for researchers who are collaborating with you and have joined you in your research.

Merci, Ros! Would these instructions still hold for setting a custom image for the sticker? Or is there a different method?

I think many of us would want to be able to default to an image specific to the individual study...not that I don't like the tree-growing-out-of-a-book. laugh

Yes, they still hold.  If you already have them set up, they work for this sticker, too - see the 'H' for my Haywood Name Study in the example above? so you don't have to do them twice.
Fantastic news Ros :)

Will give the members who give their time to researching the names the recognition they deserve!
Thanks Ros...:)
Thanks, Roz, that's cool. I've been working on plans to identify and recruit collaborative partners within WikiTree and to recruit others who are not in WikiTree. I'd like for the idea of participation in the Name Study to be a meaningful role and not just taken by people who like the study and like stickers. I suppose this is something that people can add to their profiles for any reason they please. Is there any control of how it is used?
I suppose it is as controlled as other stickers are i.e. not.
