Question

Can we get Pawn Stars, Rick Harrison connected to A. J. Jacobs?  Here is his Wikipedia article:  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rick_Harrison  He is a big history buff, so he might like the connection.

"The old man" (Rick's dad) is Richard Benjamin Harrison Jr., an article I read said his father's name was also Richard (presumably Richard Benjamin Harrison Sr.) and that before moving to Lexington, NC, where the Old Man grew up, they lived in Danville, Virginia.  The Old Man won't be in the census because he was born in 1941, but his father should be.

Yep, I got him in there. There were several mentions that they are probably connected to President Harrison, so that may be an easy link to explore, if someone wants to jump on it.

I was able to find out a lot about the Harrisons, but so far I haven't found a connection to the presidential family.

IDK if it's true but I saw a recent media post on yahoo, chumlee getting arrested for drugs & firearms ... ?

I'm bumping this up on behalf of the Notables Project because there is still no link between Rick Harrison and the global tree. This question has also been retagged with "presidents" because Abby mentions upthread that there are rumours that this family is connected to US President Harrison. Do any American Presidents buffs want to prove or debunk this rumour?
