Question

This is my dad; he adopted me. This photo reminds me of him throwing the football in our yard. A lot of the neighborhood kids would come to play. I miss him dearly.

I'll be honest - when I first clicked over here all I could think of was Steve Perry of Journey and when I saw "my Dad" I thought COOL! You're related to Steve Perry!

So I had to laugh when I realized my mistake, but it does sound like your Dad was a pretty cool dude.

I used to tell my friends Steve Perry was my uncle. :) I really liked Journey!  

My dad was pretty cool, funny! We were out to eat once and he looked like the owner as pictured on the matchbooks. So, he grabbed a bunch of matchboxes and handed them out inquiring about people's meals. Everyone thought he was the owner. Thanks for checking out the photo and take care.
