This is part of the challenge with all living profiles, but especially with Notables. I'd agree that duplicates generally aren't easy to spot unless the person dies (in which case, they either immediately or even worse, slowly, pop out of the woodwork), or we start hunting for them (although with thousands of hidden profiles, it's hit and miss to find a match). I'm not terribly opposed to a simple list, but the big question comes in how do we create it, who maintains it, and how quickly updates are posted.
One way we might do this would be if we back the privacy off of these Notables from Unlisted to Red Privacy. I think that would allow us to see basic info (Names and decades of birth). This could present some challenges as once the door is open to move living persons to allow either/or, then other living profiles would bleed over. We'll definitely have to discuss the best way to approach this.
