William Spencer 1832_1891? married Sarah Ellen Swann 1831_1888, sometimes known as Mary, married in Manchester 25/1/1852
The marriage certificate states that Daniel Spencer is Williams father who was born in and Sarah father as Samuel Swann, not sure where they were born, Samuel may have been born in Dublin.
Some trees have the name Samuel Spencer 1801_1868? as Williams father and Daniel Swann 1812_ as Sarah's father.
Samuel Spencers father is Robert 1761_1848 and his mother is Ann Masters 1767_1842. Samuel Spencer definately married Ann Hall and William is on the 1841 census with them both,
Apart from Sarah Ellen all the people were born in Flecknoe Warwickshire. you can see why I'm struggling with thjs now, what I think is that the fatner christian names have been entered wrongly on marriage certificate.
