Bug: PM added me to Trusted List for Roberts-17577 but profile does not show in my watchlist?

Hi,
I am working on adding family and sent a request to my cousin, Mathewson-213, the PM to be added to the trusted list of my grandfather's profile Roberts-17577. I received an email confirming that I had been added. When I follow the link to my grandfather's profile, the page is "locked" with an orange lock and his profile hasn't been added to my watchlist!

Sorry, you can not add an  existing person as a family member unless you are in their Trusted List.
Click here to request to be in Percival Roberts's list.

I would ask your cousin to check the Trusted List again to see if you are in there.  Maybe it was removed for some reason.  Just use the link on the page to request it again.

I requested to be added to two trusted lists of which my cousin is PM of both, one his mother, who's trusted list I am on. The other our common grandfather, whom I can't add to my tree without making a duplicate, because I got an email saying I was added to the trusted list, but I am not according to WikiTree. I did send a re-request to my cousin and am still waiting. Very frustrating for a new WikiTreer trying to add family and correct errors here.

You don't have to normally be on the Trusted List to add a profile to a another profile, but with a living person profile or a Closed profile, you probably do have to be on the Trusted List.  Make sure to send any confirmation that you got to Jaime, as she requested.  She will get the problem corrected.  If she can't, we are all in trouble!!

Thanks Jamie, I guessed as much and re-requested being added to the trusted list for Roberts-17577 now the second wait begins...

I had a similar problem, but I did not see an error message. I added two names to several profiles trusted lists but then later the names were not listed on the profile as managers. I could not tell whether the new profile managers had removed themselves immediately or if the way I tried to add them did not work. This is a problem because when I added the same two names to other profiles trusted lists, they were there later. I'm confused as to what happened. What am I missing?
