A Cemetery Page Goof? [closed]

On the page for people or pages in the category Evergreen Cemetery, Trow Center, Wisconsin, I'd like the Space Page for the cemetery itself to appear without the trailing "-6" it currently has. How can I fix this, or what did I do not quite right that caused this?

I think this is used to 'rename' a Space page

There are multiple Evergreen Cemeteries, so this is probably the 6th space page being created without the location.

Space page should probably have the location, as part of its name.  Doing a search of space pages for Evergreen Cemetery shows quite a few spaces pages on wikitree.

Great, Linda. This looks exactly like what I need! I haven't gotten it to work, yet, though. I specified

Merge
Space:Evergreen Cemetery-6

into

Space:Evergreen Cemetery, East Troy, Wisconsin

and received the message

Space:Evergreen Cemetery, East Troy, Wisconsin is an invalid WikiTree ID. Please check your Watchlist for the ID and try again.

Do I need to "reverse" that merge for it to work as desired?

No, if you read the instructions on the Merge page, you have to remove all the commas.

But looking at it - have you even created that "Evergreen Cemetery, East Troy, Wisconsin" page yet?  You're not renaming.  You're merging.  So you have to merge something into something.
I believe I'm all set now. Thanks for the input.
Glad that helped.

I'd say you already tried to create the page 5 times in quick succession.

Space:Evergreen Cemetery is already taken by Evergreen Cemetery, Shavertown, Pennsylvania.  The -6 shows you that it is the sixth page created with that name.

No, I did not try to create the page 5-6 times quickly. Iterations -1 through -5 were present before any of my efforts today.

Strange.  I thought there was a page in the creation process which told you this was possibly a duplicate - oh, well, never mind.

Create a new freespace page and name it with the full address i.e. Evergreen Cemetery, Troy Center, Wisconsin.  Don't call it Evergreen Cemetery, or you'll just get Evergreen Cemetery-7.

Then merge your page -6 into this new page by using:
