I follow the Hoyle profiles; however, activity on Hoyle-105 does not appear in my feed.

Both Hoyle and Heyl have been in my WikiTree feed for several years, and I am on many of those profiles as "Trusted." As of July 2019 when a new profile manager began editing for Susanna Catharina Hoyle and her children, they no longer appear in my feed.

Could be because the WikiTree ID is Heyl-105

No, that shouldn't matter; Kathy is on the Trusted List of the profile, so she should get any notifications.
