laughWell, you have some research ahead of you to carefully sort out one of them from the other and that will include sorting out the children which usually helps in sorting out the parents. Happy hunting?

Conflicting data always indicates more research needs to be done on the person and all those mentioned in connection to that person.

I do not have an answer, but I sympathize with you because I am so tired of all the duplicate profiles & bad information on many of the genealogy websites, particularly FamilySearch and MyHeritage.  However, even if you are looking at the image of an original birth/marriage/death record or an original census record on Ancestry or FamilySearch, please realize that sometimes the census taker or the town clerk will make a mistake.  So, gather as much original evidence as you can.

I have been able to work out a lot of the "who is related to who" issues by comparing with find a grave and census documents.  Find a grave lists their relatives and if not you can try to contact some of the people that have left flowers. Just a suggestion.
