Please help decipher & translate 2 or 3 lines of Norwegian probate record.

Question

Hello - I would greatly appreciate assistance in finding out what a certain probate record, dated 12 July 1793, says about the sister of the deceased person. The record is for Giertrud Tostensdatter whose sister is Seborg Tostensdatter Jørstad. There are two places in the record that mention Seborg, and I would like to know what is said about her, including if it mentions Seborg having a child (son Tosten).  A general paraphrase of the information is fine.

Just a hint for the future: A lot more people follow the tag "Norway" than "Norwegian". I happen to follow both, just in case. But you're more likely to get responses if you tag questions about Norwegian genealogy with "Norway".

It's a horrible handwriting, and barely legible. It says that the deceased has two brothers Johannes Tostensøn Enger? and Lars Tostensøn ??? Eie? and the sister Seborg Tostensdatter Jørstad Eie, apparently unmarried and thus a legal minor, and Tosten Svendsøn Løken is appointed as her guardian.

On the next page is only stated her inheritance of 4 dalers and 23 skillings, I think it is. Her brothers get 8 dalers and something each. A sister-lot was a half brother-lot.

Probates normally don't tell if inheritors have children. unless they are dead and their children inherit in their stead.

Thank you, Leif!  That is incredibly helpful information that Tosten Svendson Løken was appointed as Seborg's guardian!  That name turns up as a godparent in baptismal records I am examining where I need to determine which of two Seborg Tostensdatters is my ancestor, and this is a major indicator that I am on the right track in figuring out the right one! Guardians are usually close relatives, so Tosten may well be an uncle or a cousin of Seborg's.
