Challenge Tracker not working

Question

I suddenly started getting this message when I click on the "Challenge Tracker" button.  I tried logging out and back in, but still nothing. Also tried changing the privacy levels, that didn't help either.

It doesn't happen with every profile, only some.

User ID not found: 2308600

Note: Protected profiles and merged profiles are not part of public database.

UserID = 18821266 ProfileID = IP=71.85.156.252 Error in parameters.

It started out today working ok for me, but now it doesn't come up at all and I get a message that the page has timed out and is not available. I guess if that means a million of us are all sourcing at the same time it is a good problem to have. :)
