Question about Edmund Jennings

I am looking for proof that Edmund Jennings and Frances Corbin are parents of my Ann Jennings who married Capt John Wilcox March 2, 1729 in North Farnham Parish, Richmond, VA. Many researchers through the years state she is a daughter of them. However I can find no proof. I am thinking she may have been underage when Edmund died and not listed in will. My uncle, mom, cousin and I share numerous dna matches to Jennings, Corbin, Grymes, Lee, Randolph that are unexplained on our tree except through Edmund Jennings and Frances Corbin.
I do know that Ann and Capt John Wilcox's son Dr Edmund Wilcox married the widow of Robert Bolling who had numerous ties to the Jennings, Corbins, Randolphs, Poythress and allied families. Their daughter (step sister of my line) had children who married Eppes from Jefferson's son in law's line. All this makes me think the family "connections" followed through generations.
Can anyone shed some light on this? Will share dna comparisons and research info. Would love to confirm even if just 1 item of proof that she was indeed their daughter!
Thanks
