Hi Donald, Welcome to WikiTree.

I did a little search on Lawrence and found him on FindaGrave and FamilySearch, however nothing on Vaudevillle on Wikipedia. A search did throw up his brother Charles in a newspaper article about wrestling, funny enough. I hope you get lucky.

Thanks David I have seen that info when Charles wrested the kid named Sampson and also found a newspaper clipping when Charles was showing off his rifle and knife throwing skills. Their younger brother Thornton was the sheriff and mayor in Prairie du Chien and there are many news clippings about him and his sons John and James were track and college football stars that went on to coach. I also found a short newspaper article about their father Amos when he was in N Dakota with crew which Lawrence was a worker with him and others on the railroad in like 1915. The search capabilities on newspaper archives does not give me an option to look for ads but I know they ran newspaper ads Pake & Pake The Original Crackshots when the did a show. I will probably have to drive up to Wisconsin and search micro film in a few libraries.
