Before going any further, I would encourage you to try and find the scans of the sources that are mentioned on the page you linked. The sources on that page are waaaay down, and mentioned in text. It is important that people are able to understand why someone is related to certain parents, and the best way of doing that is to provide primary sources! (Right now I really cannot verify anything from the profiles just by looking at the profiles.)
As for the father of Mathias Jacobsen: it seems like his parents are shrouded in uncertainty. I think you might need to provide a discussion of the primary sources you found for Mathias and see how you can relate that to possible parents, and find what records should be found to provide better information on his parentage.
I don't speak Norwegian, but you can create Norwegian biographies as well if you like.
