How to change the privacy level to Open? [closed]

I have a case where I wish to merge profiles for profiles for nine family individuals but I can't because all but one of the profiles aren't set to open. The rest  are set to Private. Whereas the profiles that they are to be merged with are all open.

The manager of these 8 profiles https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Wilson-24355 doesn't appear to be active since 26 Jan 2015.

These people are deceased and were born between the years 1862 - 1902. Many of them have no sources.

So I am asking if someone can please change the privacy levels to open and then I can complete the merges?  I wish as Arborist, I could do it myself.

Thanks

The Open Profile Request form is not for just one person.

It states "Please do not submit additional requests for family members of Wilson-24357. You can use the comments field above to mention related profiles."

Melissa, the ones born more than 150 years ago or died more than 100 years ago can be opened by an "open profile request".  The more recently deceased ones could possibly have living children, so private might be an appropriate level for them.

You can file an Unresponsive Profile Manager request, but if the manager is declared unresponsive then private profiles are normally deleted, unless a family member is willing to take over their management.

For profiles that can't be opened based on the person's birth and death dates, Melissa's first steps should be to try to contact the profile manager via private message and a profile message on their profile. Those are required preliminary steps in the Unresponsive Profile Manager process.

I've been pleasantly surprised to discover that some members who haven't made logged edits for a long time will respond to a request to add a person to a trusted list or adjust a privacy setting when they are contacted by me or by the Team member who processes Unresponsive Profile Manager requests. (Trusted list changes and changes to privacy settings don't show up on the logs that we see.)
Ellen;

I have tried to contact the profile manager via both an email and a message on the profiles of the Wilson family.

IMHO this is the case of an Absent Profile Manager not an Unresponsive Profile Manager. If they haven't made a contribution in almost 5 years they are likely inactive and not going to respond. Total contributions are 36.

If you wish consider this a Unresponsive Profile Manager request.  All the information is here in this post.

Also these are Unsourced profiles and no one can categorize them as such.
Melissa,

You can't make an Unresponsive Profile Manager request or an Open Profile request in G2G, and Project Leaders can't process those requests. They are processed by a Team Member.

There are special forms for these requests. To request that Francis Wilson's profile be opened because he died in July 1919, you can use the form at https://www.wikitree.com/contact/openprofile/Wilson-24363 -- and mention the other relatives who need to have their profiles opened (and you might as well mention that the profile manager has been unresponsive -- note that WikiTree doesn't distinguish between "absent" and "unresponsive").
And see https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Unresponsive_Profile_Managers for details of the Unresponsive Profile Manager process.
Thanks Ellen I was hoping for an easier and quicker way to do things.  The Open Profile only works with one profile.
But you can explain the situation on the form and the Team member who deals with these things will find other profiles to open.
Yes I know I have been through the process several times before.
