Can you provide an example? If it's a notice that someone posted a comment on your profile, or one that you manage, you can click on the link provided in the e-mail, and that will take you to the profile. Then when you click on the name of the person who posted the message, that will take you to his profile and there you can find a link you can use to send a message.
