Procedure for entering a Team Member Specific Interest

Being somewhat of a newbie, but member of a team, I have a rudimentary question as to how I add my interests under Team Member Specific Interests on the Northumberland team page.  I'm sure it is quite simple, but I'm having no search luck with this one. frown  Any direction would be appreciated. Thanks!
