Freeman Family data

I am trying to find some good sources, or beginnings of sources for the Freeman Family in England in the 1600-1700s....does anyone know of research that has been done.   This profile is an example of no sources and the parents conflict with an obvious matching profile which is based solely on another unsourced tree on Familysearch.

I have an Esther (Freedman) Reeder as my 4x gt grandmother who lived  in Norfolk from about 1735-1780. Apart from her marriage to Peter Reeder at Deopham St Andrew in October 1758 I have nothing else on her family.

I'll be very interested in any hints that the G2G experts can provide.

Hi Robin,

If you do a Google search on your question it turns up a lot of leads and possible sources for you.

All the best

I have done the search, and looked at many, many websites.  In most cases they do not go back to the 1600s, most start with the early families in the colonies.
