I have some photos which are identified. They are from Colorado State University graduating class of 1899 or 1900.  Can I post them on this site so people to have access to them??

Anything that was both copyrighted and published before 1923 is in the public domain.

Anon, I'm not aware of any WikiTree policy that would prevent you from doing that, but you would need to be a logged in site member to do it, and you would need to put them somewhere.  If there is someone in the pictures who has a profile here, you could put the pictures on their profile page(s).  If that's not the case, then you would need to put them on your own free space page, and you would probably want to link to it from your own profile.
