Is this PPP designation accurate?

The birthdate must be a typo, since her maternal grandfather was born in the 1930's.  (profile manager hasn't been active in almost 3 years, so no, I didn't try to contact him)

Since there doesn't seem to be an active manager, maybe it should be orphaned so someone else can take care of it.

Nan, it wasn't the profile manager who locked the profile. The Changes tab indicates it was someone else; I've PM'ed her asking her to take a look and reply here.
