Marriages/Wives of George Rayment/Raymond (1578-1651), father of 3 immigrants to New England

Question

The second wife of George Rayment (a.k.a. Raymond) was Mary.  He is often shown as married to Mary Shell on 11 January  1614.

However, there are two problems:  George's first wife Joan was buried in 1618 (well after 1614).  And secondly, I could no find primary source for such a marriage on 11 January 1614 to Mary Shell or anyone else.   

So should his second wife be Mary Shell or Mary Unknown?  And were they really married in 1614 (or after April 1618 when the first wife was buried)?
