I have a locked profile I created. I do not know why it is locked, unless it is because she has no death date.I have not found one yet.I am still looking. She may still be alive,I don't know. Can some one look at it and explain?

Hi Teresa, all profiles for people born after 1918 or 1919 are automatically unlisted/fully locked if you don’t have a death date on them as the system thinks they are likely still alive. This person seems to be in the 1930s. I would confirm her death date, as when you add it to the profile it will unlock it.

If a contributor determines that a person has died, but doesn't know the death date, in the death date field they can select the box "about/uncertain but non-living." That also removes the "Unlisted" status from the profile.

But Teresa doesn't know that this person who died, so this is not yet an option.
