I am new here and somehow have my mother entered twice, how do I remove the extra profile? Thanks in advance

You will have to merge the two profiles. Profiles are not deleted, but duplicates are merged into one. If you are the profile manager for both profiles, you should be able to do the merge yourself without waiting.
