Type into Google search, youtube, then in youtube search, type in Jason Lee MD.  He demonstrates step-by-step instructions that can be open and paused under one browser tab, while you work under another browser tab.

You might also make use of DNAGedcom's Chromosome Matrix App.  It allows you to see your chromsomes along with the In Common With to see who might overlap.  This isn't guaranteed to be true triangulation, but for places like FTDNA that doesn't provide the actual Triangulation, this is helpful to research.
